DMCA & Copyright Policy

AIKeyMoji respects intellectual property rights. AIKeyMoji is a client-side iPhone app — we do not host or distribute user content on our servers. Stickers you create are stored locally on your own device and shared by you, the user.

1. About the bundled sticker library

AIKeyMoji ships with a curated library of GIF stickers based on publicly available emoji-style assets. If you believe any sticker in our bundled library infringes your copyright, please contact us using the procedure below and we will review and remove the file in the next update of the app.

2. Stickers created by users

Stickers created by users from their own photos and videos are stored on the user's device and are never uploaded to AIKeyMoji's servers (we do not operate any). If a user shares a sticker that infringes your rights into a third-party chat or social platform, the takedown should be addressed to that platform — not to AIKeyMoji.

3. Submitting a notice (bundled library only)

To request removal of a bundled sticker, send an email to Support@AIKeyMoji.com with the subject "DMCA notice" and include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the specific sticker(s) (file name in the bundled library) you are asking us to remove.
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to Support@AIKeyMoji.com with subject "DMCA counter-notice", containing the same information elements listed in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

5. Repeat infringers

Because AIKeyMoji does not host user content, the concept of "repeat infringer" does not directly apply on our side. However, we cooperate with platforms that do host user content and may share information about repeated abuse claims to assist them.
