Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIKeyMoji iPhone app ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

AIKeyMoji grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Your content

Any sticker you create with AIKeyMoji from your own photos and videos is yours. We make no claim of ownership over content you import, create, or share. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo or video you bring into the app.

3. Built-in stickers

The library of built-in GIF stickers is licensed for personal use within the app. You may share generated stickers in chats and social posts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to create or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.
• Use the app to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the app in any way that violates Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

AIKeyMoji uses on-device AI (Apple Vision and Foundation Models) to assist in creating stickers. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing any sticker before sharing it.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIKeyMoji and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to the app

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through App Store release notes.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

11. Apple's role

These Terms are between you and AIKeyMoji, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent these Terms grant you any rights, Apple, as a third-party beneficiary, has the right to enforce them against you.
